Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product should be free from damage, stains, or any signs of wear.
  • The item must be returned with all accessories, tags, and original documentation.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are exempt from our return policy due to hygiene reasons or customizations. These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Lingerie and sleepwear
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked during checkout)

5. Exchanges
We are happy to assist you if you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or alternative product. Exchanges can be processed if the new item is available in stock. To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

If your exchange involves a price difference, you will either be refunded or charged the difference depending on the value of the new item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly by:

  • Offering you a full refund
  • Replacing the item at no extra cost
  • Providing a prepaid return label for damaged/defective products
